SOCIAL WORKERS TRAINING TO THE WORK WITH INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSONS: UKRAINIAN EXPERIENCE

Abstract

The article is devoted to a problem of social work in Ukrainethe European Union help to internally displaced persons as a special category of citizens which appeared in Ukraine because of military conflict on Donbas, which is provided through educational work with social workers in new social, economical and political conditions. The aim of the article is to represent a theoretical basis and methods of organization of educational work with social workers in the field of informative and explanatory work with internally displaced persons by the means of multidisciplinary brigades coming to the places of their compact residence. The authors of the article are the first ones to substantiate and explain scientific approaches to such kind of educational work (competent, family-centered, androgynous, activity, multidisciplinary, ‘help for self-help’) and taking it as basis explain content, forms, and methods of social workers.

Liudmyla Hryhorivna Tsybulko - Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy. Dissertation for the degree of the candidate of pedagogical science "Social education in the home pedagogical theory and practice in the 20-th ? 30-th of the XX century" (May, 2005). Dissertation for the degree of the doctor of pedagogical science "Theory and practice of the social pedagogical work with children-orphans and children, deprived of parental care, under the conditions of the regional teaching-educational space" (November, 2014). After graduating from the post graduate courses in 2003 up-to-now L. Tsybulko works at the SHEI "Donbas State Pedagogical University". In 2015-2017 she occupied the post of the chair of social pedagogics and social work. At present she is a professor of the chair of pedagogics of the DSPU. L. Tsybulko has more than 100 scientific publications, devoted to the social pedagogical subject.

Svitlana Vasylieva, H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, Ukraine

Vasilieva Svitlana Aleksandrovna - Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of General Pedagogics and Pedagogy of the Higher School of the Kharkiv National Pedagogical University named after GS Skovoroda. She has higher pedagogical education, she is a teacher of biology and basics of valeology. She teaches courses: "Fundamentals of Pedagogical Excellence", "Pedagogics", "Pedagogics of Higher School". She defended her Ph.D. thesis in 2007. on the theme "Organization of research activity of senior pupils in a general educational institution". In 2017 she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic "Development of professional status of a teacher in the national pedagogical theory and practice (the second half of the XXth to the beginning of the XXI century)". She has about 50 publications, including 2 monographs. In 2009 she became the winner of the IV regional competition "The Best Young Scientist of the Kharkiv Region" in the direction of "Humanities". She upgraded her qualification to a research internship for educators in Warsaw (2017). She is an expert in the young scientists' projects competition of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Nataliia Kalashnyk, Donetsk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education, Slovyans'k, Ukraine

Kalashnik Natalia Grigorievna is a teacher. Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences (2004), Professor (2005). She is Professor of Donetsk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education, Slovians'k, Ukraine. Scientific interests: development of the Ukrainian educational system, the system of education of youth, problems of forming the aesthetic culture of youth. The author of the textbooks "Gostosolohiya: 10 tons" (2009), "Gostosology and creativity of the individual" (2010).
