Sidney Bravo Melgar
Sidney Bravo PhD, graduated as a Lawyer at the Catholic University of Santa Maria. Obtained his academic degree of Magister in Civil and Commercial Law at the University of San Martin de Porres. In 1999 was graduated as a Doctor in Law and Political Science at the National University of San Marcos, the oldest university in America (1551). He studied "Educational e-learning systems" at the Santa Teresa de Jesus de Ávila Catholic University-Spain. He specialized in "Scientific Writing" at the Carlos Rafael Rodriguez University, "Cien Fuegos" de Cuba. He is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the "International Mediterranean Center for Human Rights Research", of the Mediterranean University of Regio, Calabria, Italy. He is a professor at the Graduate School of the Andean University of Cusco, located in the archaeological capital of Peru, and the Santiago Antunez de Mayolo National University located in the emblematic city of Huaraz, capital of the department of Ancash, where is the "Cordillera of the Andes". He lectures in the Postgraduate Schools of the aforementioned universities, in his three specialties which are: Constitutional Law, Civil Law, and Commercial Law, in the Master's and Doctorate in Law programs. He was a professor at the Graduate School of the Federico Villarreal National University, located in the city of Lima, capital of Peru, for 19 years. He is the author of the following legal works: Atypical Contracts, Modern Commercial Contracts Volumes I and II, Securities, Resources of civil procedural law, Joint Venture Contract, Franchise Contract, Dictionary of Commercial Law. He is also the author of various legal articles published in specialized magazines in Peru. He is an International Advisor and Consultant in Conventional Law. He was a Superior Magistrate in the Superior Court of Lima Norte, in the Superior Civil and Criminal Chamber. He is a national and international lecturer. Visiting professor at national and foreign universities.
