Ledion Krisafi is a Senior Researcher and Project Coordinator at the Albanian Institute for International Studies (AIIS) since November 2016. He has a Ph.D. in International Relations and Political Sciences from the European University of Tirana. He has published two books: "Albania and Yugoslavia: 1945-1948"(2017); and "The Geopolitics and the International Law in the Armenia-Azerbaijan Conflict" (2021). His main areas of interest are security, bilateral relations in the Balkans, geopolitics, and history. Apart from his native Albanian, he knows English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Serbo-Croat, Russian, Polish, Bulgarian, Greek, Romanian, and Hebrew.
