Giuseppe Di Genio
Prof. Giuseppe Di Genio graduated in Law studies at the University of Salerno, Italy, on the 15 of December 1989 with an honors degree and the compliments of the board of examiners with a thesis in constitutional law about the university autonomy, reporter the Professor Paolo Saitta Professor of Constitutional Law. From 1993 he has been a researcher of Constitutional Law, confirmed in 1996, in the Faculty of Law of the University of Salerno. From the 01 of January 2004, he has worked as Associate Professor of Comparative Constitutional Law and professor of Methodology and Technique of the Legislation and Constitutional Law in the Faculty of Law of the University of Salerno. He has been Professor of Constitutional Law and Justice at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions at the University of Salerno since 2003. He has carried out the activity of research at the University of Barcelona, the Centre of studies of Constitutional Law and the Constitutional Court of Madrid, the Spanish Senado, the Max Planck Institute of Heidelberg, the Nuffield College of Oxford, the European Commission, and European Parliament, Constitutional Court of Portugal in Lisbon, the Cujas Library of Paris, the University of Freiburg in Switzerland, the Trinity College of Dublin, the University of Malta (visiting professor) and Malaga (Erasmus visiting professor). From 1994 he has been a lawyer of the Order of Lawyers of Salerno.
