Fabio Ratto Trabucco
Fabio RATTO TRABUCCO is PhD. in Public Law and PhD. in Italian and Constitutional Law. He is Adjunct Professor in Public Law in Italy and Visiting researcher from 2013 in several Universities of Central-Eastern EU countries (Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania and Slovakia). His research projects are mainly inthe field of Comparative local administration, self-government and constitutional justice, as well as Direct Democracy and Human rights included the Comparative judicial systems, in Central-Eastern Europeancountries. He is the author of more than 60 articles and book chapters on development of self-government, direct democracy, government systems, human right in Italy and Central-Eastern European countries. Moreover, he is the author of 4 books on directorial government systems, access from Local Autonomies to constitutional justice, access right to administrative documents, judicial autonomy.
