Professor at Sciences Po (France) and associate researcher at CMRP. He has conducted research on the integration of the Western Balkans into the European Union and the economic and political transformations in Eastern Europe. He has published numerous articles in scientific journals (Revue d’etudes comparatives Est-Ouest du CNRS, la revue Est-Europa, le courrier des pays de l’Est, la revue internationale et strategique, la nouvelle alternative, la revue des etudes slaves, etc.). Also, he was an associate researcher at the ENS (Ecole Normale Superieure) and collaborated with the CERI (FNSP). Team leader and expert on numerous European Commission projects, he notably led pre-accession fund programming projects. He is also an expert for the regional policy of the European Union.
