Aleksandar Georgiev, Associate at Kalica law office, graduated in 2010 at the Faculty of Law, University Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje. He finished his MA studies in November 2012, then he started as a legal trainee at Kalica Law Office till april 2014 when he successfully passes the Bar Exam and startet working as a Associate in the same office. His main focus is civil law, corporate law, family law, administrative procedures related to real estate and Employment law. Also he is one of the founders of the website Pravdiko.mk that provides access to legal current awareness and enables users to search for legal articles, updates and news of deals from various sources including major law firms and government institutions across a range of legal sectors and jurisdictions. He is fluent in English.

Call For Papers (Extended Deadline)

April 12, 2024

Journal of Liberty and International Affairs now receives papers for its next 2024 issue (Vol. 10, No. 2, 2024). The journal aims to provide an active international forum for analysis, research, and debate in the fields of political sciences, international relations, and law. Papers that develop theoretical arguments or offer strong empirical evidence as either comparative or single-case studies are welcome. The journal is indexed in EBSCO, DOAJ, Crossref, CEEOL, SSOAR, ERIHPLUS, HeinOnline, CIAO, ProQuest, ANVUR (Class A), WorldCat, Dimensions, etc.

Alongside articles within the regular scope of the journal, this issue will include a thematic section on Digital Liberties in a Globalized World. It will examine the challenges and opportunities for digital liberties in the context of globalization, discussing issues such as internet censorship, surveillance, and the impact of technology on individual freedoms worldwide.

The deadline for paper submissions is 10 May 2024 (Extended deadline).

Authors are invited to submit articles to JLIA through the online submission system.
